The team is dedicated to further strengthening Wesupply’s position as a world class business-to-business supply chain company, and bringing its innovative electronic trading and supply chain management solutions to market to help customers across the world extend their trading partner integration and secure a profitable customer relationship.

David Grosvenor

David leads the business and is responsible for the strategic direction of Wesupply.

David brings more than 25 years experience in software sales and financial management to Wesupply following a very successful career at Infor, where his most recent role was Vice President, for the UK, Ireland, Middle East & Africa region.

A qualified chartered management accountant (CIMA), David previously held senior financial positions within both the Food Processing and Distribution industries with Booker and Glynwed respectively. In 1998 he joined iSeries Software house, JBA, as a business consultant before moving into sales. Following the company’s acquisition by Geac, and subsequently by Infor, he held the positions of Sales Director for the highly successful ERP System 21 business unit and Sales Director for Infor’s UK Supply Chain business.

Stephen Luscombe

Stephen, a founder member of Wesupply, manages the technical and delivery teams within Wesupply and is responsible for the overall design, development, hosting and delivery of the Wesupply service to a global user community. At an executive level, Stephen works with the Wesupply executive board on Wesupply’s corporate strategy and direction to achieve investor objectives.

Stephen has over 20 years experience in the IT industry mostly in a senior executive role managing the design, development and implementation of electronic B2B solutions across a variety of sectors including; retail, consumer electronics, automotive industries and CPG. Over the past 20 years, Stephen has worked with a number of leading international companies within Europe and Japan, including SSA Acclaim, Austin Rover Japan and the Toshiba Corporation.

In his spare time Stephen is a keen motorsport enthusiast and supporter of his young sons sporting activities.

Donna Lane

Donna sits on Wesupply’s board and is responsible for ensuring its financial and commercial integrity.

She is responsible for all commercial, HR, and accountancy issues across the company. Donna joined Wesupply in June 2000 and has over 15 years experience in managing accounts and administration departments in manufacturing, service and software industries.

Prior to joining Wesupply Donna headed the finance team for a software company that specialised in ERP systems development. She was part of a management team that saw the company grow from 25 to over one hundred employees in five years after securing Venture Capital funding.

Nigel Kibble

Nigel, a founder member of Wesupply, heads the development team and is responsible for the design, development and deployment of functionality for the electronic trading and supply chain management solutions.

Nigel brings 20 years experience helping corporations across a variety of sectors achieve competitive advantages through the development of high-quality supply chain management solutions.

Prior to founding Wesupply, Nigel developed a high availability solution for the delivery of automotive track-side messages. This success provided invaluable experience that helped form the basis of the hosted solution framework being used by Wesupply today.

Keith Deane

Chairman of the Board

Keith brings more than 30 years of IT industry leadership and experience to Wesupply. In his most recent role, Keith was President, EMEA at Infor where he was instrumental in growing revenues from the region from $200m to around $1bn in the last four years. Prior to joining Infor, Keith held executive leadership positions at webMethods and BEA Systems.

Tony Sweet

Board Director

Tony joined LMS Capital in April 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his finance responsibilities, he participates actively in investment activities, particularly supporting portfolio companies in formulating strategic plans and funding requirements.

Prior to joining the Company, he was the CFO of Systems Union Group plc, an AIM-quoted international software business, where he was responsible for the group finance function and was also involved in a number of cross-border acquisitions. Before that, Tony was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he gained experience of a variety of sectors and geographies. His clients included large multi-national companies as well as smaller entrepreneurial businesses, many of which he helped through mergers, acquisitions and listings both in the UK and overseas. Tony is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Oxford University.

Edward Snow

Board Director

Edward leads LMS Capital’s UK technology investing, having joined LMS at the start of 2007 from Amadeus Capital Partners, a venture capital firm specialising in backing start-ups. Prior to Amadeus, Ed was with Deutsche Bank’s global markets division for two years. Ed also co-founded and later floated a vehicle technology start-up in the 1990s.

Edward has investment and operational experience gained from a range of sectors including infrastructure software, medical technology and comms hardware. Selected prior investments include the buy-out of Content Technologies from Baltimore Technologies and traditional venture investments in Optos, TeraView, GlySure and PacketFront. Edward has served on four LMS portfolio company boards since joining and is currently a director of CopperEye Ltd, Corizon Ltd and Vio Worldwide.

Edward has an MA and MEng from Cambridge University and an MBA from INSEAD where he was a Sainsbury Management Fellow.
