Prior to Wesupply he spent 12 months as Managing Director of BuildOnline, an On Demand start-up company.
Stephen Luscombe

Stephen, a founder member of Wesupply.com, is responsible for Technical Hosting and Enablement as well as the design and development of Wesupply.com's Electronic Trading Solution. He also manages the design, implementation and support of the technical infrastructure to deliver the Wesupply.com service to a global user community.
Stephen has 20 years experience in the IT industry mostly in a technical role where he has been responsible for the design, development and implementation of bespoke applications and enhancements to a variety of IT systems in the consumer electronics, retail and automotive industries.
Stephen has worked with a number of leading companies within Europe and Japan, including SSA Acclaim, Austin Rover Japan and the Toshiba Corporation.
Nigel Kibble
Director of Development
Nigel, a founder member of Wesupply.com, heads the development team and is responsible for the design, development and deployment of functionality for the electronic trading and supply chain management solutions.
Nigel brings 20 years experience helping corporations across a variety of sectors achieve competitive advantages through the development of high-quality supply chain management solutions.
Prior to founding Wesupply.com, Nigel developed a high availability solution for the delivery of automotive track-side messages. This success provided invaluable experience that helped form the basis of the hosted solution framework being used by Wesupply.com today.
Andy Wood
Director of Consulting
As Solutions Consulting Director, Andy is responsible for the Global Consulting team. Andy has detailed knowledge and experience within all aspects of Planning, Manufacturing, Finance and Supply Chain business system environments in multi-national companies. Andy has initiated, and led business system implementations in many environments. He has designed and implemented award winning On Demand solutions for Wesupply.com in multiple industry sectors.
Prior to joining Wesupply.com, Andy spent nearly 20 years in IT Senior Management within manufacturing companies; including 10 years as Head of IT for Standard Products Ltd, a global Tier 1 supplier to the Automotive Industry, where he was responsible for replacing the entire IT infrastructure to support a five fold expansion of the company's business.
Simon Bowes

Simon is responsible for packaging and communication of Wesupply.com's solutions, and the benefits they bring to customers. He has over 20 years experience in manufacturing, ERP and supply chain management systems. Before joining Wesupply.com, Simon was Vice President EMEA of Marketing at JDA Software, a $400M Retail software company, having previously been Vice President EMEA of Business Consulting at Manugistics, a leading provider of Enterprise Supply Chain Management software.

Donna sits on Wesupply.com's board and is responsible for ensuring its financial and commercial integrity. She is responsible for all commercial, HR, and accountancy issues across the company.
Donna joined Wesupply.com in June 2000 and has over 15 years experience in managing accounts and administration departments in manufacturing, service and software industries. Prior to joining Wesupply.com Donna headed the finance team for a software company that specialised in ERP systems development. She was part of a management team that saw the company grow from 25 to over one hundred employees in five years after securing Venture Capital funding.

Martin Pexton
Board Director
Martin is the Managing Director of LMS Capital and is responsible for its day-to-day management including its investment activities. He is currently a member of the boards of Energy Cranes International Limited ITS Engineered Systems Inc, Cityspace Limited, Elateral Limited, Vio Worldwide Limited and Wesupply Limited. Martin joined London Merchant Securities plc in 2002 and was on the main board from 2002 to 2007. During this time he was responsible for the investment in Inflexion plc. His previous experience includes Allen & Overy Deloitte Haskins & Sells the UK Atomic Energy Authority and the Royal Navy. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has an MBA from the London Business School and a BA from Durham University.
Tony Sweet

Tony joined LMS Capital in April 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. In addition to his finance responsibilities, he participates actively in investment activities, particularly supporting portfolio companies in formulating strategic plans and funding requirements.
Prior to joining the Company, he was the CFO of Systems Union Group plc, an AIM-quoted international software business, where he was responsible for the group finance function and was also involved in a number of cross-border acquisitions. Before that, Tony was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he gained experience of a variety of sectors and geographies. His clients included large multi-national companies as well as smaller entrepreneurial businesses, many of which he helped through mergers, acquisitions and listings both in the UK and overseas. Tony is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Oxford University.

Stewart has an impressive portfolio and joins Wesupply from Christian Salvesen where he held the position of Group Chief Executive since May 2005, and led the sale of the business to Norbert Dentressangle in December 2007. Prior to this, Stewart was a member of the Executive Board at Exel Plc and had responsibility for Retail, Consumer and Industrial Services across EMEA. He has also held senior positions at Christian Salvesen, Heron Distribution and Safeway. He is a non-executive director of GS1, a not-for-profit organisation which promotes the efficient use of electronic standards in the supply chain, and a director of the Freight Transport Association.
Oliver Cooper

Oliver's past experience includes managing exceptional revenue and work force growth across software solution providers including Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ: MANH) where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer. Cooper served as President and as a non-executive director at Neovest, a provider of trading technology and strategies that significantly improve trader and investor performance.
Oliver is currently President and CEO of Simtrol, Inc. (OTCBB: SMRL), an innovative provider of software solutions to manage, control, maintain and diagnose connected devices such as medical equipment, digital displays, electronic whiteboards and cameras. Oliver is also a Founding Partner of Triton Value Partners where he provided management expertise to high growth technology companies and management of supply chain execution in complex distribution environments.
