Radnor Hills Mineral Water Company selected Wesupply’s Electronic Trading solution to meet increased demand from customers to trade electronically. Radnor Hills are submitting invoices to, and receiving purchase orders from, major supermarkets such as Netto, Co-op, ASDA, Tesco and Morrisons. Since the beginning of 2007, Radnor Hills’ customers required them to trade electronically. However, its existing EDI solution proved complex to set up and roll out in the timescales required, taking months to get just one customer up and running. With Wesupply Radnor Hills are able to start trading electronically with customers in less than one week.

 

In 2007, Hozelock identified the need for an electronic trading solution which would enable the company to respond quickly to customer requests. Hozelock elected to outsource their electronic trading requirements to Wesupply, allowing them to react quickly and efficiently to their customers electronic trading mandates. Suttons’s Consumer Products implemented Wesupply’s OneTime solution to automate the exchange of supply chain data with its customers. Their existing EDI solution did not provide a scalable solution to bring new customers on board in an efficient way, and as the company grew, the complex and highly time-consuming process of connecting to new customers proved unmanageable. Wesupply provides Sutton’s with a fully managed, outsourced solution, enabling them to rapidly integrate their stock management, ordering and distribution processes with those of their customers. The improved transparency within the customer ordering process and availability of real-time supply chain data has resulted in greater confidence and improved relationships.

 

Amcor had low visibility of goods in transit until they arrived at a rail depot. Wesupply has provided Amcor with visibility of the railcar journey, a real-time view of inventory and increased control, helping them reduce stock levels and improve cost control.
