Lear EDILear Corporation was challenged with a lack of visibility of goods within the supply chain leading to incorrect and late deliveries, high administration costs, and poor and inconsistent information for supplier performance analysis. Lear Corporation implemented Wesupply in three of its manufacturing facilities in Europe to integrate into its back-office ERP system.
