Cooper's past experience includes managing exceptional revenue and work force growth across software solution providers including Manhattan Associates (NASDAQ: MANH) where he held the position of Chief Operating Officer. Cooper served as President and as a non-executive director at Neovest, a provider of trading technology and strategies that significantly improve trader and investor performance. Cooper is currently President and CEO of Simtrol, Inc. (OTCBB: SMRL), an innovative provider of software solutions to manage, control, maintain and diagnose connected devices such as medical equipment, digital displays, electronic whiteboards and cameras. Cooper is also a Founding Partner of Triton Value Partners where he provided management expertise to high growth technology companies and management of supply chain execution in complex distribution environments.
