Supply Chain Process Assessment

Wesupply's Supply Chain Process Assessment provides a thorough review of your current supply chain processes and assesses the ability of your infrastructure to support your business objectives. It is performed as an on site exercise and is tailored to identify value that would be delivered by the adoption of an appropriate Wesupply solution.

The exercise results in a written report that includes:

• Key findings and issues
• Recommendations for process change including priorities.
• Projected cost savings and sustainable operational benefits.
• High level solution scope and description.
• Summary implementation plan and timescales.
• Resource requirements for both Wesupply and client.

Execution

Project Management

Wesupply's consultants provide professional expertise to ensure successful deployment of the Wesupply solution that has been defined within the project scope and statement of work. The Project Manager is able to call on experienced resources within the Wesupply organisation to deliver a solution that satisfies the demands and expectations of the client.

While the goal of the successful project manager is to deliver a project on time and to budget through rigorous scope control, Wesupply's approach is to optimise the benefit that is generated from the project. A Change management methodology is used to ensure that changes are documented; cost justified and then agreed by the project sponsor.

Configuration

Wesupply's consultants will configure the solution according to the scope requirements under the direction of the Wesupply Project Manager.

Typically this process includes a prototyping phase to enable the client's project team to become familiar with the Wesupply solution in a controlled environment and to establish the initial optimum configuration.
