Through the experience gained in implementing Wesupply.com across a wide variety of customers we have identified a number of key phases in the overall process of bringing on trading partners / customers to use the solution:
Wesupply.com has a dedicated team of professionals in place, concentrating on Enablement Services. At the start of an enablement program, Wesupply.com will assign a Senior Enablement Consultant to the project. This individual will work closely with your company at all times throughout the project and will take responsibility for the successful implementation of the phases detailed in the above diagram. This consultant will be able to draw on various resources from within the Wesupply.com team to meet the demands of the project and to address the many and varied issues that could arise.
