On Demand Electronic Trading

Configure
Configure trading partners including customers, suppliers and inter company divisions on the Wesupply.com Intelligent Network (WiN) using Wesupply.com´s OneTimeTM technology with pre-configured electronic trading connectors and EDI and XML message formats. Once configured add business rules including message and data translation, validation and monitoring to each trading relationship via Wesupply.com´s graphical WiN configurator.

Connect
Connect and share electronic information with your trading partners. By using Wesupply.com´s OneTime technology you and your trading partners choose your own preferred message formats and delivery protocols.  OneTime supports any to any message transformation with connectors for EDI, XML, ASCII and all common ERP and financial applications including SAP®, BPCS, System 21, Oracle® and SAGE®.  Wesupply.com provides pre-configured and tested connectors to comply with existing electronic trading mandates from companies such as Wal-Mart, Tesco, Sainsbury´s, B&Q, Jewson, Wolseley, John Lewis and Argos.  Wesupply.com supports any delivery protocol including FTP, HTTP, EMAIL and coventional EDI Value Added Networks (VANs) such as GXS and Sterling Commerce. Unlike conventional electronic networks Wesupply.com opens and stores the content of each message.  By using Wesupply.com´s Trading Console clients can view, amend and create business transactions such as orders and invoices via pre-configured enquiry and maintenance screens.

Transform
A common problem associated with conventional electronic trading networks and solutions is the poor accuracy of the information shared electronically between trading partners.  Unlike conventional electronic trading networks Wesupply.com improves the accuracy of information shared by validating and translating both the structure and the actual content of each electronic message sent and received between trading partners. Messages failing validation are automatically escalated to the client following pre-configured business rules.  By using pre-configured translation tables Wesupply.com can automatically translate any part of each message sent and received over the Wesupply.com intelligent Network (WiN) to be in the form and content expected by each receiving trading partner.

Manage
Wesupply.com provides clients with both transactional and graphical views of the overall performance of the electronic supply chain. Both technical and business users can access detailed analysis of the flow and content of information shared with trading partners.  Technical users can access detailed message tracking information with the ability to drill down view the content of each message in their original electronic edi, xml or ascii format, while business users can access Wesupply.com´s analytical tools providing both summary graphical and detailed transactional supply chain analysis, such as supplier on time and in full (OTIF) delivery performance analysis. Wesupply.com´s monitoring and alerting allows clients to automatically monitor for pre-configured business events within the electronic trading network, such as the arrival of a new sales order, invalid message content or supply chain performance alerts.
