Monitors & Alerts

Smooth running of the order lifecycle is a critical aspect of a well managed supply chain. Ensuring that processes are correctly adhered to by all parties is the function of OneTime’s monitoring & alerting feature.

Our monitoring tool is fully configurable by the Hub owner, allowing them to set specific requirements for trading partners to comply with, such as order quantities, timely acknowledgements, delivery dates etc. Wesupply’s monitoring process will check each transaction to ensure compliance and will issue an alert if a set requirement is not met. It may be a shortfall in delivery quantities, or perhaps a late shipment date – there are many controls that can be put in place.

Of course, too many alerts can be a problem. That’s why we allow you to set the exact conditions under which you want an alert to be generated and sent, so creating the right balance between making the right person aware of a problem and overburdening them with multiple alerts. Alerts can also be captured, logged and sent as a summary email, so consolidating events that have fallen outside of set rules into one status report. Sending too many alerts only serves to cause confusion and may result in them being ignored.

All data is compiled into KPI reports and are readily available on the real-time KPI dashboard so that trading partners can check their performance.

Wesupply’s monitoring and alerting functionality creates discipline in the order lifecycle, ensuring that compliance is enforced and that transactions flow as they should – without errors. By alerting trading partners to non-compliance with the Hub owners’ set requirements problems can identified early and rectified, perhaps avoiding serious customer service failures. Automating the monitoring and alerts process smoothes the order cycle and drives higher performance in the supply chain.
